Our policies
What to know before you book, in plain words.
Booking and deposits
Choose a time on the booking page, or call. A first visit takes a deposit to hold your evening, and it goes toward your service. Corine confirms by text or email, whichever you pick.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit stays with your booking. Arriving late may shorten your visit, so the client after you isn't kept waiting.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without telling Corine, the deposit is kept. She's glad to rebook you, and she'll ask for a deposit again on that visit.
Children and companions
Veil sees adults. A client under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the booking and stays for the consultation. The suite is small, so a companion waits in the hall.
Patch tests and allergies
Corine tries a new product on a small area first and waits before using it on your whole face. Tell her about sensitivities and allergies on the booking page. Reactions can happen with any skin product; if one does, tell Corine and she'll change the plan.
Redos and refunds
If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell Corine within a week and she'll look at it with you. She adjusts the plan at your next visit.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.
Before your visit
At booking, Corine tells you what to pause, such as products that exfoliate, and what to bring. Come straight from work; there's no need to take your makeup off. The booking page asks the rest.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book LED light or dermaplaning, and tell Corine when you book so she can plan the visit around it.
Choose an evening
Pick a service and a time on Corine's booking page, or send a message and she'll reply by text or email.
