Questions before you book

You start with a consultation: your routine, what has changed lately and what you'd like from the visit. Corine looks at your skin under a magnifying lamp, then does a custom facial planned from what you talked about. Plan on an hour and a quarter.

No. Come straight from work. Every facial begins with a cleanse, and there's a sink in the suite if you'd like to wash your hands.

The consultation and the express facial are 30 minutes, a custom facial is 50 and a slow facial is 75. Every service on the menu lists how long it takes.

Some clients come every four to six weeks and some when the season changes. Corine suggests a pace at your visit and writes it down for you.

Once, before your first facial and before dermaplaning. If you've been away for a long time, she starts with a short check-in.

Tell Corine when you book. She may suggest a calmer visit or another evening, and she'll tell you why.

If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book, and tell Corine at booking so she can plan the visit around it.

Corine says so at the visit and explains why. She doesn't diagnose, and she doesn't promise that a facial will change a skin condition. If your doctor agrees, she can still see you for a calmer facial while you wait for an appointment.
